Smoked Bloody Mary

  • 2oz Peerless Rye Whiskey

  • 3-4 Dashes Hot Sauce

  • Pinch of Citrus Pepper

  • 2-3 Dashes Celery Bitters

  • 2-3 Dashes Creole Bitters

  • Peerless Bloody Mary mix

  • Wood Piece for Smoking Cocktail Glass

  • Smoked Vegetable Kabob for Garnish


  1. Torch a small section of wood

  2. Place cocktail glass upside down over the burnt area so it fills with smoke

  3. Add Peerless Rye, hot sauce, Citrus Pepper, celery bitters, creole bitters and Bloody Mary mix into a mixing glass with plenty of ice

  4. Using another mixing glass, mix the cocktail back and forth several times.

  5. Pour into a highball glass,adding smoked vegetable kabob to garnish.
