  • Pit Barrel® All Purpose Rub

  • Butter Spray


  1. Spray the wings with the butter spray and seasoning. We love our Pit Barrel® All Purpose Rub

  2. Light your Pit Barrel® as you would for the grilling setup

  3. Once to temp, lay the chicken wings on the grate for about 25 mins; flip and let cook about another 15-20 mins or until you hit an IT (Internal Temperature) of about 195° 

  4. The last 5 to 10 mins add your favorite bbq sauce to the wings on the smoker.

  5. Pull and enjoy!

  6. *For a healthier option pull the skin off before seasoning/grilling
