INGREDIENTS

Pizza dough from a local pizza place or store

1 cup white sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese
-
1 cup sautéed mushrooms
-
1/2 cup sautéed onions
-
1/2 cup spinach
-
1/2 cup marinated artichokes, store-bought or homemade
-
1 cup Italian sausage
-
1/2 cup bacon, crumbles
-
2 oz. goat cheese, crumbles
-
Truffle oil, drizzle

DIRECTIONS

Light Pit Barrel® using the following instructions.

Light a full Pit Barrel® Chimney Starter with lump charcoal or briquettes until really hot (12-15 min).

Pour into empty charcoal basket.

Top off with more lump charcoal until plenty full.

Sauté onions and mushrooms.
-
Roll out dough to preferred thickness and place on a pizza stone.

Add toppings to the pizza dough.
-
Place in very hot Pit Barrel® for 20-25 min.

Remove with Pit Barrel® Pit Grips and serve.
